Ambassadors are Hampton Jitney’s first class, luxury coaches. Ambassadors have only 30 custom leather seats and have extraordinary amounts of space and legroom with their unique single row seat layout. Ambassador class service offers a premium selection of snacks and beverages, 3G wireless internet service (where available), power outlets, and new release DVD movies. All Ambassadors are staffed with onboard attendants to provide personalized service at your seat.

If you register on the site you will have the option of selecting Pay On Board as one of your payment options; this will allow you to use Value Pack tickets on board. Payment in advance via credit card is also an option.

In order to protect our customers, HamptonAmbassador.com does not store any credit card information. If you are a registered user, your address and contact information is kept on file for your convenience. A $20.00 “no-show” fee per passenger applies to reservations that are not cancelled within two hours of your departure time.

We offer four pick up points in Manhattan and one in Queens at the following locations:

• 86th Street between Lexington and Third Ave in front of Victoria Secret.
• 69th Street and Lexington Ave in front of the Hunter Art Gallery.
• 59th Street and Lexington Ave in front of the Levi’s store.
• 59th Street and Lexington Ave in front of the Levi’s store.
• 40th Street between Lexington and Third Ave in front of Qdoba, Mexican Grill.
• Queens-19002 Horace Harding Expressway Fresh Meadows, NY in front of the Fresh Meadows Cineplex Odeon.

Our coaches drop off along Third Avenue at the following streets:

• 39th, 42nd, 51st, 61st, 67th, 72nd, 79th, and 86th

We have pickup and drop off points throughout the Hamptons in the following towns:

• Manorville, Southampton, Watermill, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Wainscott, East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk.

Yes, all Hampton Ambassador coaches offer 3G wireless internet routers. Please be advised that due to the nature of this service and the coverage or our provider that an internet connection cannot be always be guaranteed.

You will need to take a cab from the airport to our Airport Connection stop located in Queens. Tell the cab driver to take exit 25 eastbound off LIE; follow the service road until the corner of 190th Street and Expressway service road -(Horace Harding Expressway). Our stop is located in front of Fresh Meadows Cineplex Odeon - a large red brick movie theater. It should be about a 25 min cab ride from JFK Airport or about a 15 min cab ride from LaGuardia.

A reservation is required in order to guarantee you a seat on board the coach. Reservations can be made up to one hour prior to departure.

No, you need to make a reservation either on the phone or on our website.

The cost to travel on our Hampton Ambassador is $45 one-way and $80 round trip. (Round trip reservations do not have to take place the same day).

Yes to make a reservation for someone other than yourself, do not "log-In" and instead continue to make your reservation as a "guest" user.

Unfortunately there are no discounted fares on our Ambassador coaches. However you can purchase a Value Pack book of ten tickets which will allow you to travel at a discounted rate.

Yes, as long as your pet is in a D.O.T approved carrier that you are able to carry onboard with you. Also, pets are to remain in carriers at all times, there is a charge of $10 to travel with your pet. Keep in mind that your pet will have to travel on your lap if the coach is full.

Each passenger is allowed to bring two bags and one carryon free of charge. Any additional bags will be charged $15 each.

Yes, Hampton Ambassador allows passengers to travel with bikes or surfboards for an additional charge of $15.

As long as you call us 2 hours before the scheduled departure time to change or cancel your reservation you will not be charged the $20.00 no-show fee.

Click here or call us to let us know what you lost or misplaced and we'll do our best to get it back to you. Provide the date and time of your travel including pick up and destination detail, a description of the item you lost, your location on the bus and any other information you that is relevant. Don't forget to include your name and contact information.

The cost to park at our Southampton location is $7 per night. However, if you become a member of our Express Club you will receive a discounted rate of $5 per night. Express club applications can be found on board the coaches.
